This 2022, I’m starting as last year ended – healthy habits!
One of the most significant changes that took place in my life for 2021 was improving my health and wellbeing. In April 2021 joined http://www.dextersimon.com and this was mind-blowing and life changing.
Its important to take care of your body, mind and soul through healthy habits with food and nutrition, exercise, and of course – prayer. I lost a lot of weight, changed the way I use food and pray more consistently, with the change in focus to self before work. Suddenly, made ‘time’ to do the essential and everything else started falling in place.
Entrepreneurs and career, working people, need time for good health, and this will not come unless its planned and noted in our busy schedules. The weekends are important to give yourself that little extra boost, away from the grind of work and mental rest for at the very least 24 hours. Yes, we are human and need rest to maximize for effectiveness.
Prepare for this year with healthy habits for a stronger you!
