In business, a big dose of courage is needed.
Not as a one-off, but ongoing courage that comes from the pit of your gut, in the face of adverse conditions and uncertainty. Courage takes you to a place of mental, moral, physical and spiritual strength, to persevere through rejection, unfairness, and what can appear to be insurmountable difficulties. When someone says or shows you a thousand ways why you can’t move forward, moving on bravely when the odds seem stacked against you takes courage. In sales, its courageous to keep going out to the same folks trying to get different responses and results, but, in the end its that courage that shows your commitment, zeal, and belief in what you’re offering!
