The details in business are where your profits are hidden in plain sight.
Having a plan and working the plan requires accountability and measures of control. Mistakes, errors and a lack of accurate and transparent numbers and financial diligence are at the core of the business which eventually has to close. Meeting targets are essential to success and should be chased contentiously and consistency. Here are a few quotes to consider as you seek out sales.
“The secret of getting ahead is getting started.” – Mark Twain
Getting started means having a plan and a strategy in place. Do you have a list of qualified prospects to call in your sales pipeline, with details on how you will pitch your offering? When you prepare its easier to get started, and getting started with your daily mission means being ready. Being ready is the best secret you show with action!
“The most unprofitable item ever manufactured is an excuse.” -John Mason
Excuses are manufactured when something is not done; or its the reason why it was not done the way expected. The reason ‘why not’ is an excuse manufactured and branded as an apology. Excuses and apologies do not have a good ROI – return on investment. In sales, increase profitability by reducing excuses and get your numbers up!
“The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack of will.” – Vince Lombardi
Chasing sales means having the will to pursue and challenge the status quo. The will to keep pushing pass the barriers of objections with value and benefits that align with client needs. Start every day with the will to succeed and win!
“Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible.” – Tony Robbins
You need to know where you are to know where you are going. Its setting your GPS to get to that destination using the best route to take you there. Focus on your annual number, break it down by months, and then days – then start working. Visibility gets clearer the closer you are to each target!
“Great things are done by a series of small things done together.” – Vincent Van Gogh
Sales achievements happen over time. A big sale can be the culmination of a lot of time spent fine tuning the offer. Sometimes a big goal is achieved by many smaller targets being met. However its done, every small step adds up, and you get the big number at the end.
Have a rewarding day!😊🌴⛱

In working towards a goal and to be successful requires teamwork….as the saying goes no man is an island.
Unity is also strength…it’s important to be united in what is to be done and speak the same language.
Communication is paramount in achieving much….poor communication hinders upward mobility…as a leader how well does one communicate with their Colleagues/Employees….what is at stake here. Do you treat others with disrespect…..do you take their welfare into consideration or your only interest is getting the work done?.
Good interpersonal relationships can help to increase productivity and enhance sales and profits.
You want staff to work faithfully and push the sales with a passion. If even they’re not loving what they do it should never be visible.
Very interesting area you touched on my dear.
Thanks as usual for sharing.
