Emotions are connected with our feelings and every single person has a feeling about something or the other. Good or bad these emotions are with us as we interact with others and they can show up – positive or negative. Here are some quotes to consider.
1.”The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched; they must be felt with the heart.” – Helen Keller
Keep it real, kind and respectful.
2.”I don’t want to be at the mercy of my emotions; I want to use them, to enjoy them, and to dominate them.” – Oscar Wilde
Exercise control of your feelings at work. Keep it in perspective – breathe.
3.”If your emotional abilities aren’t in hand, if you don’t have self awareness, if you are not able to manage your distressing emotions, if you can’t have empathy and have effective relationships, then no matter how smart you are, you are not going to get very far.” -Daniel Goleman
Show empathy, sympathy and understanding as you listen to others.
4.”When dealing with people, remember, you are not dealing with creatures of logic, but with creatures of emotions.” – Dale Carnegie
Everyone expresses differently, be open and willing to ask questions that encourage feedback.
5.”When our emotional health is in a bad state, so is our level of self-esteem. We have to slow down and deal with what is troubling us, so that we can enjoy the simple joy of being happy and at peace with ourselves.” – Jess C. Scott
Take timeout. Press pause. Step away. Its going to be okay when you clear your head as you count to 10, and get back in the game!
Have a happy day!

It’s true that we all have feelings and emotions that vary from time to time. Our state of mind will determine in most cases how we react to others and situations.
Undoubtedly our demeanor will determine if our actions bring about positive or negative consequences.
The choice is ours….we do have choices….we can pray and ask the Lord for favour….we can be as the Air Hostess who sometimes appear to do a cosmetic approach/smile when dealing with others.
It’s very important that we try our best to leave our stress/problems outside the door of our jobs/hope because it can be disastrous.
Our output as it relates to our attitude can make or break a business. Patience is also important….we should never allow a Client/Customer to see how disgusted you are with them being what can be termed as troublesome.
As mentioned take a step back and take a deep breath….you can do it…it wouldn’t last forever….you can achieve personal benefits from a good Client/Customer relationship.
