Here are a few quotes to inspire your actions as you engage your customers ;

1. “Every sale has 5 obstacles – No Need, No Money, No Hurry, No Desire, No Trust.” – Zig Ziglar

Are you prepared to handle these obstacles? Take some time to write done the challenges your customers may face or reasons why they can’t commit to purchasing from you and your ‘value added response’.

2. “Quality performance starts with a positive attitude.” – Jeffrey Gitomer

A positive attitude is not something you get from someone, its the intentional mindset and outlook on situations and beliefs. Choose to see the value in what you have with gratitude, appreciation and optimism – its your choice. Be mindful.

3. “Its not about having the right opportunities; its about handling the opportunities right.” – Mark Hunter

Every customer has needs, which once handled right can yield a sales opportunity. Even if the sale does not come directly from the customer, a good reference can turn into a closed sale!

Have a fantastic sales day!😎💡🌴

  1. Attitude and dedication have a lot to do with approach, patience and respect in doing what we have to do, it tells a story and would result in whether we succeed or fail.

    It’s true that so many persons are more skillful than others in convincing others to buy their product/services but our attitude towards the customer can make them have a change of mind and in return even introduce others to the business.
    Good Customer service is paramount in productivity and success.
    Leave your baggage outside as you step in to make a difference in the life of others and the business.
