Welcome to November 2021… this is going to be a November to remember! Things are beginning to become acceptable, with Covid_19 vaccinations globally helping to pave the way for the re-emergence of business activities with some adjustments in the way business is conducted – and the importance of safety and customer service. 👩🏽‍🤝‍🧑🏻😎🙋‍♀️

For this month, I will shift gears a bit and focus on consumer insights, buying patterns, and trading. Let’s face it, we need trade to take place, and a consistent outpouring of consumer activity in all industries. How is your business adapting to the changes in consumer spending? How are you adjusting your role as a product/ service provider to be a source of value to your customer?🛒💰💡😊

  1. Thank you Liz! This is a truism – the value placed on something is really based on what the receiver perceives. That value is subjective, and therefore different in context for everyone 🙂
