Rest today if you can. Physically and mentally, take time for you. Set aside time to regroup, think, and pause that busy button.
If you cannot find the time in your busy schedule, delete some activities. The sun can find time to set, the stars find their time to come out, and the moon knows when it must hide itself. As business people, career workers and minders of everyone, we need to seek time for ourselves, for our God, and worship.
You cannot give from an empty cup. You cannot give what you do not have. Fill up. Rest, recover, restore all that you have; so you can give to yourself and others.
