At some point I figured out that we need to seek out problems to test our knowledge and build on it. It does no good holding onto information without experience, even if you’re like me, getting the academics after experience.😄😎

There are many problems to solve right under your nose, so don’t go looking for something afar when your garden has them growing.🧐🌱
How do I know this – well my garden needs some attention, and its easy to get caught up in the things we’re good at, pushing aside the things we don’t like doing. Example – sales, and business development rather than finance and record keeping!🙋‍♀️🤓📉🚩

Settling in a comfort zone stunts growth, making it hard to improve and be better at ‘whatever’!👨‍🌾👨‍💻🙆‍♂️

After a while everyone can look the same if everyone is doing the same thing. Do you really want to get lost in the crowd? I don’t! How can you differentiate in your business/ career/ work? What value are you bringing to the table – do you know? 🧚‍♂️🚴‍♂️💡
