I’ve been so focused over the past six months on improving my overall health and wellness, feeling a bit tired. One of the things I’ve learnt over the years, is even in a state of tiredness, movement is still happening. Finding rest in movement, seems to be a test on mental conditioning as well as physical endurance. 🤔🧐🏃♂️🧘♂️
With focus on what has to be done today, reminded that my limits are those I place on myself. Looking at this year to date, there is a lot accomplished because of a positive mindset and attitude. There have been days when my limit seemed near – mentally and physically- but never got to that point, was able to push forward. Every single day refreshes whatever limits appear in the distance, and I’ve keep moving. 🙅♀️🙏
