I enjoy the thrill of new knowledge! There is always something to be found, reviewed and positioned in my mind. 🤔😎 It took me a while to understand that I seek out challenges to find solutions, and different benefits. In a way, knowledge brings hope ➡ and hope shows opportunities ➡ and opportunities carry a reward ➡ just waiting to be collected!🛒💰🔑🙋♀️
There are many paths to accomplish goals and dreams, but the desire to find out, explore, and do something must be there. The world has many characters, and we are all in the same movie just different roles. Everyone has a purpose and a ‘best fit’.🎁 Sometimes the villain wants to be the star, but the hero saves the day, and is the star because its his/her role. It all depends on the plot and the persons selected to make the movie a success. It’s the same in business with roles and responsibilities.🎩🎬🎥👯♀️
The business has many actors and each performs an essential role – even the Finance Director, or Credit Compliance Manager are liked by some, just like the villain in a movie 😃. Their roles are essential to the success of the business, and without them the company would eventually go bankrupt – the villain in the movie creates the thrill and plot to be solved by the hero. Thus, it seems to me the challenges in business, do help with outcomes. No challenges, no growth, and maybe a smaller reward. 🙄🤔.
Gaining knowledge about your area of business is good, but understanding comes from understanding context, adding negotiation value. Today, I challenge you to seek out more information, knowledge and understanding, adding context to what you already know!👩🏫👩🎓✍👓

Great post! Years ago I started living by the idea that if we live by the idea learn>apply >re-teach to someone else then life is exciting. I believe that by writing, some of us are doing this! And I’m discovering just how true this is.
