Discovery is like going on a treasure hunt, with or without a map. You may find something positively unexpected, or the search could unveil something you needed to know about yourself or your business.

During business operations it’s not possible to see everything taking place internally or externally. Hence, performance measures are established for accountability and to ensure targets and goals can be achieved. When new opportunities or differences in buying trends are discovered, it becomes a lot easier to adapt and make changes as needed. Discovery can also unearth fraud or inefficiencies during audits or good management practices being enforced. To discover is to ‘become aware’ or ‘enlightened’, and this is needed in business activities.
