Food for thought…
There is a perception shared on the negative impact, of a lack of human contact, when using technology. Digital technology was once seen as impersonal, but as you look closer at customer ‘pain points’ and their need for a response, feedback, and connection, digital solutions can resolve some pain! Automation, can be the CSR or company representative, taking the call, logging the query or complaint, and if done right, escalate to solutions. You see sometimes, the problem is not being ready to provide an available solution, in ‘real time’. There is a solution to every problem, and with technology, it starts with us being ready.
About Me: Family and People are big motivators for me. Business Development, Entrepreneurship and everything else are intertwined, existing together in my life. As a problem-solver navigating through chaos and crisis is always my new normal. We can make sense of everything!
